Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes, because we offer a personalized service and value your ideas very much you need to make an appointment. Then you’ll have our full attention. We’ll listen to you carefully in order to clearly identify your goals and needs. It’s free to make an appointment and there is no consultation fee. We can meet in person at our property or online.

What times are available for appointments?

Appointments can be scheduled 9 AM to 5 PM (SAST) Tuesdays to Thursday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check specific information for those dates.

How about pricing?

Standard websites are charged according to scope and boundaries. E-commerce stores are charged according to the amount of products in your catalog. On average prices range between R8000.00-R30 000.00 per website.

Ownership, hosting and retention of services?

The website, design source files etc is 100% transferred to the client once the build is complete. Hosting is done through a reputable 3rd party. Retainers can be structured upon completion of the build. We offer pay-as-you-go or monthly retainers depending on your needs.

How about my URL and custom email?

Clients are guided through purchasing their own custom url and email from a reputable third party. Ownership is 100% that of the client.
